PERFORMANCE MAINTENANCE, INC. ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI) is a family-owned janitorial service and supply company with an emphasis on sustainability. Owners Celina and Eric Quintana as well as their sons, Eric Jr., Daven, and niece Rossana Henriquez are involved in all operations of the business.
PMI was established in 1994 as a small business with two employees and has since grown to a company that employs 160 employees with maintenance and supply contracts throughout New Mexico.
PMI’s philosophy to take on any challenge with professionalism and enthusiasm goes with the essence of the company motto “When Quality Counts, One Call Does It All” It has gained PMI much recognition.

PMI has many satisfied service and supply customers consisting of small and large businesses throughout New Mexico as well as walk in customers. PMI has maintenance and procurement contracts with the US, state and local government
agencies, such as National Laboratories, U.S. Military installations, medical facilities, schools, museums, banks and private home owners among with others.
Supplies are delivered to the public and to business communities throughout Northern New Mexico.

PMI also has an on line customer base serviced through the company’s e commerce website pmigogreen.com Through this website, customers have access to information about PMI’s service and supplies and “PMI Green Solutions” products and program s . PMI offers shipping to customers nation wide.

Due to the recent worldwide pandemic PMI has stepped up to the challenge to provide authentic and quality COVID-19 related supplies. Along with PMI s vast knowledge of proper disinfecting procedures, supplies and equipment , we
provide training and sharing our knowledge with all our customers. We also have been the leaders of electrostatic disinfecting throughout Northern New Mexico.
